TICKETING MANAGER, Agganis Arena Administration

Job Description

The Ticketing Manger is directly responsible for supporting the Assistant Director in all facets of managing and operating the Agganis Arena Box Office, including managing ticketing for select BU Athletic events, as well as select outside rentals of Agganis Arena. Also includes providing support to the ticketing operations at other BU venues including but not limited to the Case Center, Nickerson Field, and Track and Tennis Center. Will hire, supervise, and schedule the 12-20 student workers, and the two Ticket Office Specialists in the absence of the Assistant Director.

Skills

B.A./B.S., excellent customer services skills and a minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar ticketing position. Experience in Ticketmaster Archtics preferred. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as event/project schedules require. Supervise and schedule the 12-20 student workers, and the two Ticket Office Assistants in the absence of the Ticket Manager.
