Client Services Associate (CSA)

The CSA plays a critical role in supporting advisors by managing client accounts, opening new accounts, processing transfers, and educating clients on account systems. In addition to administrative duties, this role involves proactive client outreach, running reports, and ensuring smooth account maintenance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, onsite position with a clear path for advancement, especially as the current CSA transitions into retirement.

Top Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Redtail CRM and Morningstar is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and advisor support
  • Background in wealth management
