The Team
We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you'll be embedded in a business unit and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience.

Ability to use data to tell a story of customer experience, highlighting both successes and friction points to inform future initiatives and strategies.

The Expertise We're Looking For
5+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions, including experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports by using Tableau, Power BI etc.
Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake etc.
Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus
