We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Trade Compliance Analyst to support and enhance our Export Compliance Program. This role is critical in ensuring that all global export activities align with U.S. and international trade regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure systems, processes and policies support all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Export Control Order Screening - Establish and maintain systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that all exports, both from the US and those originating from international locations, comply with all applicable US laws and regulations, as well as those of the originating country.
- Product Classification - Support the general release by working with the Development staff, research and classify product features and determine correct jurisdiction (DOS vs. DOC) and ECCN classifications according to appropriate government regulations. Maintain classification records and justifications.
- Training and Communication - Execute regular compliance training programs for staff and partners, as appropriate based on their roles. Ensure that all training is recorded. Maintain the Export Compliance web page to aid and assist the exporting community, provide email updates and communications related to regulatory and policy changes and updates.
- Record Keeping and Reporting - Create, monitor, and report on performance metrics that measure conformance to the agreed upon service levels for screening activities. Monitor and report on worldwide compliance activities. Maintain records and documentation to support all decisions and to preserve an audit trail.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay current with changes in U.S. and international export regulations through official publications, training, and industry engagement.
Qualifications
- International business experience relating to customs regulations, export compliance and/or business practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Certified Export Specialist (CES) or similar certification.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
