





Our client is looking for an Experiential Designer to join their team.
This role requires working on-site in Stamford four days a week, with one day remote.
*This role is a mix of digital and print design but leans heavy on the digital side.

Responsibilities:
-Design for in-person retail pop-ups, events, and activations
-Lead the creative strategy and hands on design of experiential activations, in-store campaigns, and community engagement initiatives, digital designs, email campaigns and more.
-Drive in-store activation and drive-to-store campaigns across multiple digital channels through design initiatives
-Focus on humanizing the connection with consumers
-Work on designing for web, social, white papers, editorial, video, digital, display, flyers, etc.
-Oversee creative development, direction, t and execution of all designs to elevate the in-store experience, enhance shopper engagement, and drive retail sales and brand activations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated, omnichannel deliverables and experiences for new and returning customers.
-Manage the end-to-end creative process, ensuring design deliverables align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and sales goals.
-Ensure all creative assets support in-store traffic, product promotions, and retail conversion goals while overseeing video, print, and digital deliverables.
-Use customer insights, retail analytics, and shopper behavior data to optimize creative and experiential design strategies.
-Continuously explore emerging retail trends, experiential marketing innovations, and digital engagement tools to enhance the in-store experience and measure design campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a design role, designing for retail, experiential activations, live activations etc.
-An agency, luxury, or technology background is preferred
-A portfolio showcasing design work is required!
- Deep understanding of video, print, and digital design
-Brand or agency experience designing for retail stores and experiential marketing is preferred
-Experience working cross-functionally with retail teams, field operations, marketing, and merchandising partners.
-Can develop high-impact, sales-driving design deliverables that impact store traffic and sales.
