What You Will Be Doing
We’re seeking a proactive IT professional to provide hands-on maintenance and production support for our computing infrastructure, including 24x7 on-call availability. This role ensures systems are secure, patched, backed up, and aligned with corporate standards. You’ll collaborate across IT teams and vendors to install upgrades, implement high-availability solutions, and support key business and technology projects. Success in this role means staying current with IT policies, driving compliance, and delivering reliable, scalable systems that empower our organization.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support for mission-critical systems
Strong project management skills and service-oriented mindset
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
MCSE certification preferred but not required
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
Committed to meeting deadlines in a 24x7 computing environment
