What You Will Be Doing
We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on General Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep of our production and facility equipment. In this role, you’ll assist skilled tradespeople, perform routine maintenance tasks like greasing and pump servicing, and help ensure everything runs efficiently. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a hardworking team, we’d love to have you on board.
What You Bring
Basic mechanical skills and techniques
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Follow manufacturing and equipment specifications
Perform basic math calculations
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Use computers for maintenance tasks
Understand and use measuring devices and tolerances
Operate various hand and power tools
Learn and apply quality standards for workmanship and products
Operate machine tools (e.g., drills, lathes, millers)
Ability to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and/or man-lift license
