What You Will Be Doing
Join the FootJoy team as a Senior Digitizer Graphics Technician, where you’ll lead the creation of high-quality embroidery and embossing files for custom apparel and accessories. In this hybrid creative-technical role, you’ll manage digitized artwork production, oversee item setup across ERP and digital platforms (M3, SAP, CPQ, PLM), and support onboarding and training for new team members. You’ll also collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate logo execution, while maintaining artwork archives and supporting seasonal product setup to meet service level goals. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about customization, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You Bring
High school diploma required; AS in Graphic Design or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in consumer goods (golf or equipment a plus), with a focus on ERP item setup and custom product workflows
Strong proficiency in managing multiple digital systems; experience with Infor M3, CPQ, and SAP preferred
Proven ability to lead projects or processes with a continuous improvement mindset
Background in Marketing, Product Management, or Customer Service a plus
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
