Job Title: Business Analyst - Marketing Analytics
Location: 5x per week onsite in Stamford, CT
Duration: 4 Month+ Contract
Pay Range: $40-52/hr

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing digital marketing data to generate actionable insights that enhance the performance of our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing digital strategies through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital marketing performance data and produce reports to support strategic decision-making across sales and marketing teams.
- Identify user needs and recommend enhancements to digital marketing tactics and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into formal technical deliverables.
- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns through data analysis and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe marketing tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics for web performance tracking.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies and tools.
