This role will be joining our client's Enterprise team which is compised of supporting their internal tools and services used by thousands of national employees!
Location: Remote! EST hours preferred

Role Overview:
As a Content Designer, you'll be embedded in a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and developers. Your mission will be to ensure every word on the screen supports a seamless, intuitive, and inclusive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver clear, concise, and user-friendly content across digital platforms (web, mobile, apps).
- Translate complex financial and insurance concepts into plain language that empowers users.
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to align content with user journeys and business goals.
- Apply content standards, voice and tone guidelines, and accessibility best practices.
- Conduct content audits, usability testing, and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered content solutions.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and content systems (e.g., CMS, design systems).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
Bonus Points:
- Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with content strategy, taxonomy, or information architecture.
