Position: Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid onsite in Quincy, MA
Duration: 6+ Months; Strong potential for extension
Overview:
Our client in the banking industry is seeking a Solution Architecture (SA) Administrator & Scrum Master to aid the Solution Architecture Governance team. This person shall help Solution Architecture Governance team manage SA’s Jira, SharePoint site, reporting, resource planning and budgeting.
Overview:
• Serve the Solution Architecture organization and internal technology IT teams manage Solution Architecture organization processes.
• Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments.
• Progress & monitored daily when problems are identified work with team to develop corrective actions.
• Manage and report on Solution Architecture KPI and dashboards
• Ensure Solution Architecture team members understand Solution Architecture processes and support the team in following them.
• Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.
• Run Solution Architecture office hours and daily stand ups
• Create and maintain a healthy Solution Architecture Sharepoint.
• Create plan to enrich Solution Architecture Sharepoint and follow up with accountable Solution Architects
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience
• Experience in Project Management and/or serving as Scrum Master
• Expert level in Jira and ability to generate meaningful and consumable dashboard from Jira data
• Expert level in organization of Jira requests to surface actionable data
• Expert level in excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate ability in using AI toolkit (Microsoft CoPilot) to facilitate & automate reports
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exceptional people skills. Comfortable working with a diverse group of people and serve as arbitrator when conflicts arise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
