




Our well-known client in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Designer to play a key role in shaping and executing its visual identity. This position is responsible for creating compelling, brand-aligned design work across all platforms and touchpoints. You'll lead and collaborate on projects that support strategic marketing goals, concepting and producing materials that connect with is numerous core audiences.. As a senior member of the creative team, you will help evolve and enforce the visual brand, mentor team members, and partner with internal and external creatives.
This role requires two days per week onsite in Portsmouth, NH.
Minimum Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in design, communications, visual arts, or a related field
" Minimum of 7 years of professional design experience, ideally within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
" Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and strategic design work across digital and print
" Ability to lead design projects, manage timelines, and provide clear creative direction
" Experience supervising and collaborating with internal and external creative partners
" Effective verbal and written communication skills
" Knowledge of design trends and tools
Key Responsibilities
" Create and Lead Visual Work: Concept and design materials across a wide variety of formats, including print collateral, websites, digital ads, social media content, environmental graphics, and video/motion assets
" Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, content, video, and social teams, as well as campus partners and external agencies, to build cohesive, high-impact campaigns
" Maintain and Evolve Brand Standards: Uphold and help refine visual identity and brand architecture, ensuring consistency across all creative assets
" Mentor and Guide: Provide strategic and creative oversight on work produced by freelancers, agencies, student designers, and other collaborators
" Stay Current: Monitor design trends and best practices; contribute ideas that keep the brand creative fresh, relevant, and competitive
