? Entry-Level Research Technician – Product Development

? Location: Lakeville, MA

? Contract-to-Hire | 6+ Months

? Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hr depending on experience

Are you passionate about science, food innovation, and hands-on lab work? Apex Systems is partnering with a leading product development team in the Lakeville, MA area to find a motivated Research Technician ready to launch their career in the food and beverage industry!

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience in a dynamic lab environment, working alongside experienced scientists and cross-functional teams.

As a Research Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Product Development team by:

• Assisting with shelf-life studies, ingredient screenings, and sample production
• Operating lab equipment for analytical and processing tasks
• Managing lab inventory and ensuring supplies are well-stocked
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support product innovation
• Preparing reports and summaries of lab findings
• Collaborating with scientists and cross-functional teams to drive project success

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with lab equipment and procedures
• Strong organizational and data management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
